This role is ideal for a strong, experienced paralegal who is excited about being part of something from the ground up and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in the early stages. As the office grows, this position will evolve and specialize, with long-term opportunities for advancement.
The Senior Paralegal will serve as the foundational administrative and paralegal support for the Bedford office. Initially, this individual will support attorneys in corporate and tax matters while also handling essential office setup and day-to-day operational needs.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable in an “all-hands-on-deck” environment. Attitude, adaptability, and cultural fit are just as important as experience.
