Estate Planning, Elder Law and Probate Attorney

Rainey & Rainey, PLLC is seeking an attorney to join our Georgetown office and help us continue growing our Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship practice throughout Central Texas.

We are looking for an attorney who genuinely enjoys helping clients and families, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in providing excellent legal service. We love what we do, and we are looking for someone who shares that commitment.

1–10 years of experience preferred.

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Must be self‑motivated, dependable, and committed to providing excellent client service.
• Must be able to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
• Must be a team player who works well with attorneys and support staff while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong legal writing, grammar, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
• Must be able to communicate professionally, confidently, and compassionately with clients and their families.
• Must be comfortable meeting with clients, providing legal advice, and managing matters from beginning to completion.
• Position is primarily in-office at our Georgetown location.
• Must be willing and able to travel throughout Central Texas, including Waco, Bell County, and Travis County, as needed.
• Prior experience in elder law, estate planning, probate, and/or guardianship is preferred but not required.

1–10 years of legal experience preferred.
