Role Overview :We are seeking a motivated Immigration Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for a newly licensed attorney or an early-career lawyer with 1–3 years of experience in U.S. immigration law who is passionate about delivering practical legal solutions and exceptional client service.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of immigration matters, provide strategic legal guidance, prepare high-quality filings,and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our legal operations and client experience.

Role DescriptionThe Associate Attorney – Immigration will provide legal support and representation to clients seeking to migrate to the United States, including preparing and reviewing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing case facts, advising clients on immigration options and strategies, and drafting clear, well-structured legal opinions and correspondence. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to integrate legal requirements into Immigify’s AI-powered platform and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and policies.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Omaha, Nebraska, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.
- Manage U.S. immigration matters from intake through filing and case completion.
- Develop effective legalstrategies tailored to each client's immigration objectives.
- Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, responses, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant case files.
- Provide clear, practical legal guidance to individuals and businesses on immigration processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and available legal options.
- Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive support.
- Conduct legal research on U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and policy updates.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and advise internal teams on their impact.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable laws, ethical standards, and firm policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve legal work flows and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations and technology teams to streamline case preparation and administrative processes.
- Contribute ideasthat enhance the overall client experience.
- Work closely with attorneys, case managers, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across the legal team.
- Juris Doctor degree from a reputable law school.
