- Leadcomplexinvestigations,primarilyfocusedondiscriminationallegationsacrossmultiplebusinessunits,aswellasharassment,retaliation,fraud,corruption,misappropriation,conflictsofinterest,andothersignificantmisconduct.
- UtilizeAItodevelopinvestigativestrategies,analyze evidence,conduct interviews,andpreparecomprehensivereports.
- Buildrelationshipswithinternalstakeholders,legal counsel,andexternalagenciestosupportinvestigationsandmitigaterisk.
- Identifyvulnerabilitiesandrecommendprocessimprovementstostrengthencontrols.
- Mentorinvestigatorsandprovideinvestigativeguidance,fosteringprofessionaldevelopmentandinvestigativeexcellence.
- Drivetheexecutionofglobalinvestigationplans,ensuringalignmentwithbusinessprioritiesandadherencetolegal,ethical,andcompliancestandardsacrossinvestigativeactivitiesandoutcomes.
- Extensiveexperienceleadingcomplexinvestigations,withdemonstratedexpertiseinvestigatingdiscriminationallegationsacrossmultiplebusinessunitsororganizationalenvironments.
- Specializedexperienceorbackgroundinemploymentorlaborlaw,EEOorcivilrightsinvestigations,orcomparablediscrimination-focused fields.
- Provenabilitytodevelopinvestigativestrategies,analyze evidence,conduct interviews,andpresentfindings.
- Strong mentoring,collaboration,communication,andinvestigativereport-writingskills.
- Expertiseidentifyingrisksandrecommendingprocessimprovementstoenhanceeffectiveness.
- Proficiency with
MicrosofttoolsandfundamentaluseofAItosupportinvestigativestrategies,evidence analysis,and reporting. - Demonstratedcommitmenttolegalandethicalstandards,compliance requirements,andcompanypoliciesinallinvestigativeactivities.
