This position also offers a $200,000 base salary plus additional bonus opportunities

Our attorneys represent individuals and families whose lives have been changed by serious injuries. Matters include motor vehicle accidents, third-party auto claims, first-party No-Fault matters, premises liability, dog attacks, sexual assault matters, catastrophic injuries, and other significant personal injury claims.

The Role

As a Litigation Attorney, you will manage significant personal injury matters through litigation and resolution. You will develop case strategy, conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue motions, prepare briefs and pleadings, conduct legal research and case evaluations, participate in mediations and court proceedings, negotiate settlements, work with expert witnesses, communicate directly with clients, and prepare matters for trial.

You will work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, experts, and firm leadership while maintaining ownership of your cases and strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Michigan and in good standing. We are looking for significant civil litigation experience, strong deposition and motion-practice skills, excellent research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy abilities, and the ability to independently manage complex matters.

Personal injury experience, including third-party automobile and first-party No-Fault litigation, is strongly preferred. Trial experience is also strongly preferred.
