Just Well Law represents sick families against the institutions that made them sick: the landlords, property managers, builders, and universities that knew about the mold, hid it, and moved the next family in anyway. We are looking for the next attorney to join our team and stand in that fight with us.

This firm’s purpose is to bring truth to light. When a family is brave enough to bring a claim, we get to show what a company did and make it cost enough that they think twice before doing it to the next family.

But the cases you’ll often be working on are the ones nobody’s watching, the Texas family across the table wondering if anyone believes them. You will.

You’ll carry a docket of individual Texas mold and toxic-exposure cases, with real support and real room to lead. In a given week, you’ll:

• Sit with people who are scared and worn down, figure out whether we can help, and earn their trust.
• Take a case from that first conversation all the way through, shaping the strategy alongside our managing attorney.
• Walk clients through litigation so they’re never left in the dark about what’s happening or why.
• Go after defendants in discovery, depositions, motions, negotiation, mediation, and trial, and keep the focus where it belongs: on what they did and what they hid.
• Get out into Austin and build the relationships that let us help more families.
• Keep learning this work, and teach the rest of us what you know.

• You’re a licensed attorney in good standing in Texas.
• You can run with something instead of waiting to be told.

New to toxic torts? Don’t worry about it. If you’ve got the heart and you’ll do the work, we’ll teach you the rest.

You won’t be left alone with a hard case, ever. You’ll have guidance from the owner and a managing attorney, a team of dedicated and talented staff in your corner, and real training in how we build and try these cases.

• Hybrid work. Work from home some days, with a calm office near downtown Austin for team meeting days and other in-person work.
