Estates & Trust Paralegal

An Industry leading law firm in the DC area, specializing in estates & trusts and estate administration, is immediately seeking a skilled E&T Paralegal to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full life-cycle estate administration, supporting probate litigation, and helping prepare and execute 706 and 709 estate tax returns.

• Probate litigation support including trial preparation
• Ability to prepare or support 706 and 709 estate tax returns
• Team and client communication

• Paralegal degree or certification preferred but not required
• 2+ years of experience supporting estates & trusts, probate, or tax practices
• Smart & sharp worker who can operate autonomously
• Good communicator with the ability to collaborate on work product
