Gramian Consultancy is seeking experienced M&A attorneys for a short-term remote 1099 assignment to review complex M&A and corporate law scenarios, evaluate transaction structures, and provide high-quality feedback for AI training and evaluation. Active US bar admission and JD from a US law school are required.

Candidates should have strong experience with M&A, private equity matters, and drafting or negotiating sophisticated transaction documents, with excellent written and spoken English.
