This is a senior-level, remote role with quarterly in-person meetings in Dallas. You will lead corporate transactions and M&A, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, and mentor junior attorneys. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and JD with U.S. bar admission.

Texas licensure preferred but not required.
