We serve as counsel to insurance companies, corporations, and financial clients across the country and internationally, handling complex civil litigation from inception through trial. Our platform gives attorneys direct access to sophisticated insurer relationships and a national book of business rarely available outside larger markets.

• Base salary up to $180k, commensurate with experience - bonus

Work remote or hybrid remote from Austin or San Antonio.

This role handles complex civil litigation defense for insurer and corporate clients, spanning discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Prepare for and conduct depositions
• Handle motion practice on active matters
• Prepare cases for trial
• Manage complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Texas Bar admission, active and in good standing
• Experience handling litigation matters
