Senior Corporate Counsel — M&A, Governance; Remote

Legence is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join its Legal Department. Reporting to the General Counsel, this attorney will support mergers & acquisitions, acquisition integration, commercial transactions, financing activities, real estate matters, and corporate governance.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, coordinate with business leaders, manage outside counsel, and contribute to strategic corporate projects while delivering practical, business‑oriented legal advice.
