• Manage the full lifecycle of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, from initial structuring through closing, including acquisitions and dispositions, title and survey review and resolution, and complex financing matters.
• Advise on a broad range of real estate financing transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, bridge loans, construction loans, mezzanine loans, and other debt structures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leasing agreements, joint venture documents, and a variety of real estate-related agreements, including property management agreements, brokerage agreements, and SNDAs.
• Take ownership of transaction management by proactively driving deals forward, coordinating with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel, and ensuring timely execution of all transaction milestones.
• Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive due diligence and closing checklists, prepare closing documentation, and assist with all aspects of the closing process.

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate experience
  , with a demonstrated ability to independently manage complex transactions.
• Strong preference for candidates who can maintain a hybrid schedule
  , with in-office attendance approximately two days per week.
• Active membership in the New York State Bar is required.
• This is a full-time engagement anticipated to last at least six months
  , with the potential for extension based on business needs.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
