Mordaunt Roundy Reihl & Jimerson is looking for a skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our legal team in Stockton, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in a dynamic law firm where your contributions directly support the delivery of exceptional legal services to our clients.

• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support attorneys
• Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and discovery materials
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel on case matters
• File documents with state and federal courts, including e-filing
• Track deadlines, statutes of limitations, and litigation calendars

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program a plus
• 2+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or Lexis Nexis
• Strong knowledge of California court procedures and e-filing systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
