Litigation Attorney (Workers' Compensation) - Hybrid Remote / Philadelphia or Cherry Hill - Established Regional Firm - $110k to $160k + BonusA bit about us:

You’ll defend workers' compensation claims for insurance carriers and self-insured employers across Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey, handling matters at all levels of administrative and appellate proceedings.

• Defend workers' compensation claims from initial filing through hearings and appeals
• Manage depositions and coordinate expert witness testimony
• Advise carrier and self-insured clients on claim strategy and exposure
• Provide prompt, thorough client reporting to eliminate surprises
• Represent clients across trucking/logistics, retail, heavy industry, and construction sectors

• Pennsylvania or New Jersey Bar admission ( or eligible to waive in)
