Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced business attorney for a hybrid position in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in corporate governance, transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities, strategic partnerships, and commercial contracts.
Responsibilities- Advise clients on complex commercial and corporate transactions.
- Provide counsel on mergers and acquisitions.
- Handle securities and securities transactions.
- Develop strategic partnerships and manage commercial contracts.
- Partner with clients to achieve their business goals.
- 12+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Membership in the Washington State Bar Association or eligibility for reciprocity.
- California, Idaho, or Oregon State Bar license is a plus.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible hybrid work arrangements.
- Potential for fully remote work options.
