The position involves working on high exposure personal injury cases, including transportation, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims.

• Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery requests.
• Attend court hearings and take and defend depositions.
• Develop litigation strategies and engage in mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Communicate proactively with clients throughout litigation.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
