Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Litigation Attorney at Olsen & Brueggemann, APC. The role involves tasks such as preparing legal motions, representing clients in courts, assisting in trials and/or trial preparation, conducting depositions, and providing general legal counsel. While the role is primarily based in Manhattan Beach, CA, some remote work is allowed.
Qualifications- Law, Trials, and Motions experience
- Knowledge of court procedures and rules
- Experience in conducting depositions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Admission to the California State Bar
- Experience in Civil Litigation is a plus
