Trust & Estates associate

We are seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Associate Attorney to join our team. The attorney will handle a broad range of estate planning and administration matters, including trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax matters, business succession planning, charitable planning, and probate.

• Draft and review a full range of estate planning documents.
• Handle trust and estate administration matters.
• Advise clients on estate and gift tax planning.
• Assist with business succession and charitable planning.
• Handle probate matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written work product.
• Work closely with clients and other attorneys to provide effective legal solutions.

• 3+ years of Trust & Estate experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Must be admitted to practice in New Hampshire.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters.
