Remote Litigation Attorney; Criminal​/Family​/Civil Iowa

We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an
* Attorney (3+ years experience)
* to handle
* criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation matters in Iowa*.

This is a
* primarily remote position*, with
* in-person court appearances as needed in your local area (Des Moines, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, or nearby courts)*.

• Handle a caseload in
  * criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation
  * based on your background
• Attend court locally as required
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support
• Grow into increased responsibility and autonomy

• * 3+ years of experience
  * in
  * criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, or a combination*
• Licensed in Iowa (or pending admission)
• Able to manage cases with support and increasing independence
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• *$100,000 – $150,000 base salary*, based on experience and production
• Compensation tied to your
  * chosen billable target*
• * 10% origination bonus
  * on collected revenue
