A law firm seeks a Remote Litigation Attorney to join their team in Cedar Rapids, IA. The attorney will handle criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation matters primarily remotely, with occasional in-person court appearances in local areas such as Des Moines, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, and Iowa City.

• Handle a caseload in criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation.
• Attend court locally as required.
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support.

• 3+ years of experience in criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, or a combination.
• Licensed in Iowa (or pending admission).
• Able to manage cases with support and increasing independence.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Licensed to practice law in Iowa.
