• Autonomy to manage cases while receiving administrative and litigation support

• Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accident and slip-and-fall claims
• Conduct legal research and case investigations to develop effective litigation strategies
• Gather, review, and analyze evidence supporting client claims
• Interview clients, witnesses, medical providers, and expert witnesses
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Manage a full caseload from intake through resolution
• Handle all aspects of litigation when necessary, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
• Appear at hearings, mediations, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
• Provide clients with regular updates and legal guidance throughout the life of their cases
• Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management

• Active Tennessee law license and good standing with the Tennessee Bar
• Prior experience handling personal injury matters
• Demonstrated success negotiating settlements and litigating cases
• Strong knowledge of Tennessee personal injury law and civil procedure
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Client-centered approach and commitment to achieving favorable outcomes
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills
