Title: Commercial Trucking/ Transportation Litigation Attorney
Location: Hybrid flexibility across Houston (Remote work available)

Our firm maintains a strong reputation for delivering sophisticated legal services across multiple practice areas, including civil litigation, trucking litigation, general liability, insurance defense, and more. Joining our firm will provide candidates with real-world litigation experience.
Experience and skills needed:
- Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on trucking or civil litigation
- Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies
- Able to handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Licensed to practise in Texas. An additional license is a big plus.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $210,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
