Berk Law Group, P.C. is a respected Scottsdale firm focused exclusively on probate, trust, estate, and inheritance litigation. We are hiring a full-time Associate Attorney to build deeper expertise in this meaningful, specialized area of law.
Responsibilities:Take meaningful responsibility for client matters, court appearances, motions, discovery, mediations, and case strategy while working closely with experienced litigators on complex family, fiduciary, and financial disputes involving trusts, estates, guardian ships, conservatorships, elder abuse, and inheritance matters.
Requirements:Licensed Arizona attorney with at least 2 years of experience in litigation, probate, or estate planning.
Compensation and benefits:- Competitive compensation of $120,000 to $160,000 depending on experience
