Independently manage Florida divorce and family law cases from intake to resolution for a growing, well-established family law firm with growth potential
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal correspondence
Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients
Maintain precise billing records and consistently meet deadlines
Adhere to the firm’s Gold Standard Litigation System and established case-management procedures
Collaborate effectively within a highly organized remote work environment

Currently practicing family law, with at least three years of substantial Florida family law experience.
Demonstrated expertise in litigation, negotiation, legal research, and writing.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Ability to independently manage a demanding caseload.
Residence within a reasonable driving distance of the Greater Tampa Bay area to attend infrequent in-person proceedings as needed.
