We defend insurers, businesses, school districts, municipalities, and public entities in state and federal courts throughout the state. Our practice spans insurance defense, insurance coverage, New York Labor Law, construction, toxic torts, employment, and commercial litigation, making us one of the most comprehensive defense platforms in New York.

We have offices in NYC, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and White Plains.
- Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
- Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
- New York Bar Admission
- Recent civil litigation experience with insurance defense focus
- New York Labor Law (Sections 200, 240, 241)
- Personal injury defense
