Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Litigator with 8+ years of employment litigation experience to join its fully remote practice.

• Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience
• Experience handling employment matters through all phases of litigation
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Licensed and in good standing in their state of residence
• Familiarity with AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the ability to leverage them to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product
