• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
• Counsel clients on hiring, discipline, termination, and workplace investigations.
• Handle employment litigation, including legal research and drafting pleadings.
• Collaborate with clients on case strategy and participate in negotiations.
• Monitor developments in labor and employment law and communicate recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and training sessions as needed.

• Strong foundation in law with experience in labor and employment law.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough legal research and draft motions.
• Active bar membership in relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Experience advising employers on policies and compliance.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently.
• Comfort working directly with business clients.
• Prior law firm experience required.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
