Position Overview:
Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm and of the most recognized Labor & Employment firms in the market, is looking for an experienced Employment Litigator with at least 8 years of employment litigation experience to join its fully remote team.

The Employment Special Counsel will be responsible for:- Handling L&E cases in the state of residence
- Litigate on behalf of clients across the U.S.
- Collaborate with peers on high profile cases
- Minimum 8 years of Labor & Employment litigation experience
- Experience handling employment matters through all phases of litigation
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Licensed and in good standing in their state of residence
- Familiarity with AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the ability to leverage them to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product
- 100% remote position
