Service Titan is seeking a Commercial Counsel to enable rapid growth while leaning into risk. You’ll negotiate SaaS contracts with our largest customers, partner with sales, legal, and finance, and shape templates, processes, and playbooks for a fast-growing company.
The role reports to Senior Commercial Counsel and supports Pacific Time business hours while being remote. A JD and US bar admission are required; 5+ years of experience in corporate/commercial law with SaaS emphasis is preferred.
