Sprintlaw in Arizona is building its first Arizona team to operate as an ABS once approved. We seek an Arizona-qualified lawyer with 2–4 years of corporate and commercial experience to join our remote team.
Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate matters, fundraising, technology agreements, privacy and employment. You’ll work with startups and small businesses, manage your own projects, and collaborate with the Compliance Attorney as needed.
