The Pre-Litigation Case Manager Team Lead in North Carolina will supervise the pod’s case managers, coordinate workloads, and ensure cases are investigated, documented, and progressed toward demand preparation and settlement.
Working closely with the Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will own data dashboards, monitor case velocity, and maintain rigorous file organization.
