Remote - Family Law Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join a growing, client-focused family law practice in Massachusetts
. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who wants meaningful ownership of their cases
, close collaboration with attorneys, and the flexibility of a fully remote environment.

• Manage and support family law matters from intake through resolution
• Assist with divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, alimony/spousal support, and other domestic relations matters
• Work closely with attorneys on case strategy, preparation, and day-to-day case management
• Prepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and court filings

• 3+ years of family law paralegal experience preferred
• Strong understanding of family law litigation and case processes
• Experience with discovery, pleadings, court filings, and case preparation
• Hands-on experience with divorce and/or child custody matters

The annual salary for this position is between [$80,000 – $90,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
