Fully Remote Employment Law Attorney | Active CA Bar Required | $180,000–$300,000 Base + Bonus | Plaintiff and defense both roles are open

I'm partnering with a highly respected and rapidly growing
California law firm that is seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join its fully remote litigation team
. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated employment matters, taking ownership of cases, and working with a collaborative team while maintaining the flexibility of a remote practice.

• Manage all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, legal research, drafting pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Provide strategic counselling to clients on employment law issues, workplace policies, and risk management.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop effective litigation strategies and achieve successful outcomes.

• 2-5+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong experience in employment-related litigation.
• Experience handling wage and hour, PAGA, FEHA, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters.

• The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 - $300,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
