We help community associations operate with clarity, compliance, and confidence. We’re seeking a Community Association, HOA, Attorney, who enjoys diving into the details, solving complex governance challenges, and becoming a trusted advisor to boards navigating high‑stakes decisions.

This is a client‑facing role with a defined portfolio from day one. You’ll work closely with association boards across Florida, providing practical legal guidance, drafting governing documents, and helping communities stay compliant while operating effectively. If you enjoy structured problem‑solving, technical legal work, and being the steady voice in complex situations, this role is built for you.

You’re a thoughtful, analytical attorney who prefers to get it right the first time. You’re comfortable working independently but value structure, clear expectations, and well‑defined processes.

You approach problems logically and communicate in a direct, straightforward way, especially when boards need clear, practical answers. While you may not be the loudest voice in the room, you build trust through consistency, preparation, and sound judgement.

You enjoy technical legal work and take pride in your ability to interpret statutes, draft precise documents, and guide clients through nuanced issues. You’re adaptable when priorities shift, but you perform best when you can fully understand the issue at hand and provide a well‑reasoned solution.

• Serve as day‑to‑day counsel to HOA and COA boards across Florida.
