Securities Litigation Associate

I am assisting a large, well-regarded firm in San Diego with an unposted search for a securities litigation associate with 1-5 years of experience to join its practice.

Details:

• Base Salary: $185,000 - $225,000 per year DOE
• Annual Discretionary Bonus
• Hybrid Work Flexibility: This firm works primarily in person with the flexibility to work from home when needed.

Qualifications:

• CA Bar License
• 1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in securities litigation, commercial litigation, class action litigation, or other complex litigation
• The firm also welcomes federal law clerks, prosecutors, or those with SEC experience to apply.
