We are working with a nationwide, plaintiff law firm that focuses on a variety of practice areas, and they are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of class action experience to join their TCPA practice group!

We are seeking a highly motivated attorney with at least two years of experience with class actions and/or TCPA cases. The attorney should be proactive, self-driven, and creative; have excellent writing, research, and analytical skills; and be proficient in pleading, motion, and discovery practice.
