Duties- Represent clients in insurance defense cases.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings.
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
- Attend court hearings and depositions.

- Minimum of 3 years of insurance defense experience.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the California State Bar.
