• Act as primary legal advisor to APAC sales teams, providing timely support on commercial agreements.
• Lead live negotiations with customers and counsel on strategic deals, including customer-paper transactions.
• Partner with sales, finance, and cross-functional teams to structure agreements aligning business objectives with legal risk mitigation.
