This full-time, remote position involves representing injured workers in claimant-side workers' compensation matters, managing cases from intake through resolution, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

• Provide legal representation to injured workers in Florida.
• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution.
• Interview clients and evaluate claims.
• Gather and review medical and employment records.
• Develop case strategies and draft legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare for hearings.
• Collaborate with support staff to maintain organized files.

• Experience with employee benefits and workers' compensation issues.
• Strong claims handling and management skills.
• Knowledge of insurance practices related to workers' compensation.
• Excellent customer service and client communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active membership, in good standing, with the Florida Bar.

• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Proficiency with case management software and office technology.
• Bilingual skills (especially Spanish/English) are a plus.
