Associate Attorney - Real Estate and Civil Litigation

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Real Estate and Civil Litigation to join its team in Arizona. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload involving real estate, business, contract, and related civil disputes.

• Manage litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide practical guidance.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and settlement documents.
• Take and defend depositions; appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on strategy, deadlines, and client service.

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
• At least two years of civil litigation experience preferred; real estate or business litigation experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage matters, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment.
• Excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, organizational, and client-communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a team.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
