Overview

• The position involves working in an active and dynamic practice that touches all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial.
• The successful candidate will be given autonomy to handle assigned cases while having access to the knowledge and experience of seasoned litigators.
• Experience in insurance defense, bad faith, and ERISA litigation services work is preferred.
• The role requires the ability to conduct research and apply laws, court decisions, and rules of evidence and procedure to defend clients and resolve matters.
• Collaboration with paralegals, legal practice assistants, and staff is expected.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances and other proceedings as necessary is required.
• The firm is open to work-from-home, part-time, or flexible-hour arrangements for this position.
