Counsel; Fully Remote

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to HR and business leadership on complex employment matters.
• Translate evolving federal, state, and Canadian employment requirements into practical guidance.
• Manage employment disputes, administrative charges, and litigation.

In this capacity you will be responsible for the following:

• Advise on employee relations, performance management, terminations, and workforce planning.
• Draft and negotiate executive employment agreements, severance, and restrictive covenants.
• Develop and deliver employment law training for HR and managers.

What you will bring to our firm:

• Juris Doctor from accredited law school and active bar admission.
• 3-8 years of relevant employment law experience, preferably in law firm and in-house.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and multi-state employment laws.
