• Advise and guide HOA and COA boards across Florida.
• Provide guidance on governance, budgeting, and operational decision-making.
• Deliver clear legal advice on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and amend governing documents.
• Support developer turnover and community association structuring.
• Conduct document audits and recommend updates.
• Stay current on Florida community association law and regulatory changes.
• Assist with covenant enforcement and pre-litigation processes.
• Support litigation efforts, including drafting demands and motions.

• Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• 2-5 years of legal experience in community association law, real estate, or litigation.
• Strong drafting skills across legal documents and contracts.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide structured guidance.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional communication style with clients and colleagues.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
