Job DescriptionAs a Client Advisor on the managed billing team, you'll be a crucial link between Expert Institute and our attorney-clients, directly impacting case outcomes through expert witness selection and strategic consulting. This role combines legal analysis, client service, and project management in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Client Partnership- Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneys
- Analyze case theories and develop targeted expert witness search strategies
- Translate complex legal needs into actionable research parameters
- Oversee end-to-end client engagements
- Ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality of all deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with attorney clients
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts
1-3 years of client or customer service experience
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
Natural problem-solver with a creative approach to challenges
Previous experience in legal, research, or professional services industries preferred but not required
