A law firm seeks an experienced attorney for a full-time, remote position handling Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) cases. This role is based in San Francisco, CA, and is open to candidates residing in California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, New York, Oregon, Texas, or Washington. The successful candidate will join a distinguished team serving prominent clients.

• Manage and litigate EPLI cases from inception to resolution.
• Engage regularly with clients, attorneys, and firm staff.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and ethical standards.
• Protect sensitive and confidential information.

• Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of residence.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
