Remote Product Liability Attorney

A law firm seeks a Product Liability Attorney for a remote position based in Seattle, WA. The role involves defending product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in product liability and toxic tort cases. The attorney will work with clients in industries such as AI, automotive, consumer products, and technology.

• Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multi-district litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Products Liability or Commercial Litigation.
• Strong case management skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and in Washington or California.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Bar membership in relevant states.
