EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ATTORNEY -- PLAINTIFF-SIDE

Location: Fully Remote (Open nationwide; candidates must hold an active California State Bar license in good standing and be available to work Pacific Time hours)

Schedule: Full-Time

Base Salary: $140,000--$250,000, depending on experience

Bonus: Substantial monthly performance bonus tied to case settlements

Key Requirements: Active California Bar license; 5 years of employment litigation experience; plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred

This is a remote, high-performance role for an attorney who can manage a high-volume caseload while driving case strategy, negotiation, and advocacy. AI-first infrastructure and centralized support allow attorneys to focus on high-impact legal work.

• Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution
• Develop case strategies focused on early leverage and efficient settlements
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and produce high-quality written work
• Handle depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Communicate proactively with clients and provide clear legal guidance
• Identify litigation pressure points to accelerate favorable outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams and leverage firm systems to improve efficiency
• Maintain strong organization and responsiveness across active matters

• Active California State Bar license in good standing
• 5 years of employment litigation experience
• Plaintiff-side employment litigation experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Strong track record of successful case resolutions
• Strategic, creative approach to identifying leverage and acting decisively
• Comfortable working remotely in a technology- and systems-driven environment
• Highly organized, proactive, responsive, and self-motivated

• $140,000--$250,000 base salary, depending on experience
