Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney specializing in insurance to join their team in Saint Louis, MO. This fully remote position requires handling residential, commercial, and HOA insurance claims with a focus on first-party property insurance litigation.
Duties- Manage first-party property damage claims.
- Handle commercial and HOA insurance disputes.
- Oversee appraisal and arbitration matters.
- Conduct pre-suit through active litigation.
- Address select bad-faith matters.
- Active Bar License for Missouri.
- 1-5 years of first-party property insurance litigation experience.
- Comfortable managing deadlines, hearings, and discovery independently.
- Able to appear in Missouri courts as required.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
CertificationsActive Missouri Bar License.
Skills- Experience in residential, commercial, and HOA insurance claims.
- Entrepreneurial, disciplined, and self-directed.
- Firm-generated cases provided.
- Optional business development support.
- Case managers, paralegals, intake, CRM, and litigation support included.
