This remote, non-partnership track position requires you to manage cases, draft briefs, and handle discovery with a focus on causation and failure analysis.
Candidates should have strong experience in multi-district litigation or coordinated state proceedings and be willing to work Pacific/West Coast hours if not located on the West Coast.
