A law firm seeks an attorney for a fully remote position in New Jersey, specializing in civil and commercial litigation. The role involves managing litigation files, appearing in court, and advising clients independently.

• Handle civil and commercial litigation matters statewide, including real estate suits and contract disputes.
• Draft and argue motions, and prepare briefs and certifications in state and federal court.
• Conduct depositions, manage discovery, and prepare cases for trial.
• Prepare appellate papers and argue appeals.
  
  Advise clients on litigation strategy and case posture.
• Participate in impact litigation, including civil rights violations.

• New Jersey bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum one year of civil or commercial litigation experience, including clerkships.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a docket independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional maturity and effective communication skills.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.
